Vibe GuideBETA

When assigning work or reporting problems, adapt a template with current project material and send it in the project chat.

Does this method fit your project, and how can you check?
When would you use this method?
When sending a new task, requesting an edit or reporting an error.
How should you choose for your situation?
Choose one scenario and give current inputs, goal, scope and passing criteria; hand off the latest version and records in a new chat.
What is easy to misunderstand?
Examples are not requirements. Identify the relevant part of a reference; treat quoted documents as material rather than automatic instructions.
How can you check that this works for your project?
AI can restate scope, inputs and validation; correct deviations before execution.

PRACTICAL GUIDE

Open the tool and verify project access

Choose one tool to start. If the current assistant can open projects, edit files, and run previews, proceed to project setup. Chat-only tools can clarify ideas but need a building tool for implementation.

No tool selected? Compare tools and pricing first →

What do you need before starting?

Bring the idea draft and identify the computer, installation preference, and any existing project.

1. Pick an entry for the current situation

Prefer no installation and a website first: consider a browser builder. Willing to install, or already have files: choose an assistant that opens local folders. Avoid learning several tools at once.

Continue after you see this result: The tool accepts instructions, retains a project, and exposes results for inspection. Check account access and acceptable costs.

2. Open a project conversation

Create a project following the browser tool’s guide. For a desktop tool, create a dedicated folder, open it through Open Folder, and enter its project conversation. Open the original folder for existing work.

Continue after you see this result: Identify the project name or full folder path and confirm AI changes belong there.

3. Run a small capability check

Send the prompt below to create and reread a small note. If the tool can only reply with text, switch to a project or mode with file access.

Continue after you see this result: Find and open the note in the file list. Check its contents instead of relying on a success message.

Copy the material and add actual project details

Send to the chosen tool: check readiness

Edit the template with actual material, confirm, then copy into the current project conversation. Mark unknowns as undecided and replace examples as needed.

Labels, capabilities, and costs may change. Follow the actual tool and its official documentation. This guide does not register, purchase, or publish on behalf of the reader.

Continue after the checks pass. If a step fails, bring the exact error back to the current AI conversation.
