Frequently Asked Questions
Does Picnote access my photo library?
No. Picnote does not request photo library access. Only screenshots you explicitly share with Picnote via the iOS system share sheet are processed by the app.
Does AI analysis require an internet connection?
Yes. Picnote temporarily sends your shared images over HTTPS to our cloud proxy service for OCR and content understanding. Analysis results are returned and saved locally on your device.
Why is my screenshot still "Pending"?
This is usually caused by network conditions, a busy AI service, or quota status. Try opening Picnote again later — the app will continue processing any pending items.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Manage or cancel your Picnote subscription in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. For refunds, visit https://reportaproblem.apple.com.

不会。Picnote 不请求相册读取权限。只有你从系统分享面板主动分享给 Picnote 的摆图才会进入 App。
AI 解析需要联网吗？
需要。Picnote 会把你主动分享的图片通过 HTTPS 临时发送到冲端代理服务完成 OCR 和内容理解。解析结果返回后保存在你的设备本地。
为什么摆图还在「待整理」？
通常是网络状态、AI 服务缺御或配额状态导致。你可以稍后再次打开 Picnote，App 会续续整理可处理的内容。
如何取消订阅？
请在 iOS【设置 - Apple ID - 订阅】中管理或取消 Picnote 订阅。退款由 Apple 处理，可访问 https://reportaproblem.apple.com。
